Designing & Maintaining Crawl Spaces in SE Alaska

The Cold Climate Housing Research Center in conjunction with Alaska Housing Finance Corp and the University of Alaska Southeast Associate Professor of Construction Technology Marquam George have released a video on crawl spaces in SE Alaska.  It will be airing in Ketchikan and around the region through August on the local CBS station each Saturday at 7:30am and 4:00pm and Sundays at 8:30am.  Check it out or check out this YouTube link

SSEABIA Offices Are Moving!

The SSEABIA Office Has Moved!


The SSEABIA office has moved from the Wells Fargo Building in downtown Ketchikan to the Plaza Mall at 2417 Tongass Avenue, Suite 213A.  Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Residential Endorsement CEU Courses in Ketchikan


Residential CEU courses are being offered in Ketchikan on October 6th and 7th by Paul Cotter of Cotter and Noson Consulting Services.  The classes will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will be held at the Southern SE Alaska Technical Education Center at 615 Stedman Street.  You can register by logging onto www.CANConsultingLlc.com.
